About

What makes a Seattle condo a luxury condo?  Usually the most important luxurious factor stems from the condominium views.  Obviously other factors are important such as the location, the size of the condo especially the number of bedroom and bathrooms, the quality of the interior, the health of the building – both the association financial health and the building quality.   But while all these factors are important, the view seems to have the greatest influence.  For example, take the same unit in a condominium building on the fifth floor and compare it to the 20th floor where the views are better and the price will increase dramatically.

When most think of Seattle Luxury Condos, they picture a condo in Downtown Seattle and/or Belltown which is easy to do since one can live there and walk outside their condo building and walk to all Seattle has to offer. For example, purchase a condo for sale in the Concord Condos, The Parc Condominium, the Ellington Condos, or the Vine Belltown and walk to the Olympic Sculpture Park to enjoy the sunset over the Puget Sound, Bainbridge, and the Olympics. Rent a condo in Continental Place, Cristalla Condos, Market Court, Market Place North Housing, 98 Union Condominium, or The Newmark Tower and walk to Pike Place to shop for local produce or eat at one of the many restaurant. You can also live in a condo association at Escala, Olive 8 Condominiums, or the Seaboard Building and go to a movie at Pacific Place, shop at Nordstrom, or see a concert at the Paramount Theatre. No matter your preferences, Belltown and Downtown Seattle have a lot to offer when you are looking for you next condo for sale or condo rental.  But Downtown Seattle and Belltown does not have a monopoly on great locations or luxurious condos.  Live in the Washington Park Tower in the Madison Park/Washington Park area and live within a couple blocks of Lake Washington, parks, and the Madison Park business district with approximately 60 restaurants, shops, and other businesses.  Buy a condo on the south slope of Queen Anne and have incredible views of the Space Needle, Seattle skyscrapers, and Puget Sound while having access to restaurants and shops on the top of Queen Anne or lower Queen Anne.  Similar experiences can be had in Seattle luxury condos on Capitol Hill and Alki as well as other neighborhoods.  And this does not even scratch the service of the Greater Seattle Area, such as Kirkland, Bellevue, and Mercer Island.
