1521 Second Avenue

Seattle CondosIf you want a Seattle luxury condominium, with everything there is to offer, the recently constructed 1521 Second Avenue condominiums maybe be just what you’re looking for.  The 38-story building was constructed in 2009, designed by Weber + Thompson Architects.  The 143 units are large, ranging in size from about 1,800 to 3,000 sf, all of which are 2+ bedroom homes.  As far as individual units go, they were all designed by Susan Marinello Interiors with a modern and urban feel.  The interiors feature floor to ceiling windows, hardwood floors, and top of the line appliances and systems.  1521 was also Seattle’s first high-rise residential building, so the views are incredibly stunning.  Homeowners have sweeping views of the city, water and mountains to enjoy.  The building is also rather “green”, achieving and LEED Silver status.  The building amenities include a gym, yoga studio, 24/7 concierge, work studios and gorgeous rooftop terrace, among others.  If you want to find a Seattle luxury condominium for sale, not to mention one of the best views in the city, check out what 1521 Second Avenue has to offer.  Follow the link to find other downtown condominiums for sale.

Marselle Condominiums

Seattle Condos

The Marselle is a new development located in South Lake Union.  I’ve had the pleasure of touring a number of units in the building (located at 699 John Street) and they are pretty nice, to say the least.  The units are priced starting in the $200 thousand range for a studio and the largest unit is a three bedroom.  The units have the same features as most Seattle luxury condos including hardwood floors, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.  The best view from the Marselle is undoubtedly of the Space Needle, which is only a couple blocks away.  Residents enjoy a variety of amenities including an unmatched rooftop deck, a game room, fitness center, yoga studio and private storage. If you’re looking for a new, luxury condo for sale in an excellent Seattle location, then check out the Marselle Condominiums.

Escala

Seattle CondosOne of the most luxurious condo buildings in the downtown area is 4th Avenue’s Escala. The 30-story, high-rise building was built in 2009. A combined project by Thoryk Architecture and Mulvaney G2 Architects, Escala has an exterior of concrete and glass housing 269 exquisitely designed units and common areas. Early this year, my associates and I were able to take a full tour of the building including multiple units (and different floor plans), the amenities, and even its private club called “Cielo”! I was absolutely in love with what I saw. The grand entryway has a wrought iron and stone stairwell to second floor amenities, while the first floor had a concierge desk (24/7), tiled floors and soaring columns. As we made our way through the amenities including a fitness center, spa, private theatre, wine cave, dog run and indoor pool, I was overwhelmed. When we toured the units, they were just as beautiful. Each featured partial-hardwood flooring, state of the art appliances, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering dramatic Seattle views. Homeowners also enjoy semi-private elevators, shared with only one other unit. Homes range in size from 950 square feet to nearly 2,500 square feet. These Seattle condominiums are truly beautiful and even Seattle native Tim Lincecum, pitcher for the San Francisco Giants agrees. This past weeknd, Lincecum purchased a $1.575 million, 2,400 sf condominium in the building. If you’re looking to purchase a Seattle luxury condo, look no further. Escala will welcome you home.

H/O Dues include: central hot water, earthquake insurance, garbage, water and sewer.

Common property features and amenities include: cable TV, full-service concierge, exercise room, lobby entrance, indoor-pool, security gate, spa, social club, theatre and wine cave.
